Glass bowl on top of saucepan. Add 1-2 tsp of seasoning. add 1-2 tbps soymilk to cheese while melting in step 1 2) Pour melted Daiya into bread pan. Smooth out the top. Put in fridge for 1 hr. 3) Scrape cheese out in one piece onto a chopping block. 4) Cut into 2" long fingers 5) Dump seasoning into breadcrumps. Stir. 6) Pick up cheese stick. Dunk in soy milk. Dredge in flour. Back into soymilk. Then into breadcrumbs. 7) Put into deep fryer. If you don't have one, add a couple inches of canola oil to a pot. Test a piece to be sure it fries. Put 1 cup of the clean soybeans into a blender. *tip: Keep the rest of the cooked and cleaned soybeans in the freezer for future use. 10. Add 1.5 tbs of mixed nuts, 1 ts of skinned and roasted sesame seeds (optional), 1 ts salt, and 2 -2 ½ cups of cold purified water. Blend for 2 minutes. 11. Preheat the oven to 350 F or 175 C. Line 2 muffin tins with 18 cupcake cases. 2. In a smaller bowl, measure the apple cider and almond milk into it and leave it to curdle for about 5 minutes. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In the separate smaller bowl, whisk together the almond milk mixture, coconut oil and vanilla. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together until blended. Spoon evenly into the prepared cases. 3. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops spring back when lightly pressed. Cool in the pan before setting on a wire rack. When cool, arrange the cupcakes on a serving platter and frost with desired frosting. (Frosting) Ingredients: 1 cup soya butter 3 and 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/4 cup soy milk (in my opinion this is NOT needed! It will make it too runny!) Beat everything together until well-combined and fluffy.

Ingredients: 1 cup water 1.5 cups soy milk plus 1 1/4 cup soy milk 1 1/4 cups of rice (long grain or medium grain, or even risotto rice) 3/4 cups sugar 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup 1 Cinnamon stick 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract Rinse the rice under water. Then fill a bowl with water and add the rice. Soak it for about 1 hour. After the rice is soaked drain it. In a sauce pan heat the 1.5 cups of soy milk and the water. Add the Cinnamon stick. Add the rice. Cook for 10 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed. Add the sugar, soy milk, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix the rice pudding. Cook for about 5 more minutes. Make sure to keep an eye on it and keep mixing. If it looks a bit too thick add some more soy milk. Divide it into bowls. This makes about 4 servings, eat hot or cold, enjoy =^.^= ps. i'm wearing one of my party hats me and my friends wore for my birthday :]

Vegan Strawberry Microwaveable Cupcakes - Cake in a Cup Recipe Ingredients: 12 ounces strawberries, chopped, no steam/leaves 1/2 cup raw sugar 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt 6 tablespoons coconut oil, solid but workable 1 cup almond milk Directions: Combine strawberries and 2 tablespoons raw sugar. In a separate container, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and remaining 7 tablespoons raw sugar. Cut in the coconut oil with a pastry cutter, whisk, fork, or rub in with your fingers, until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in almond milk until dough starts to come together, then stir in strawberry mixture. Using a 1 1/2-inch ice cream scoop or a tablespoon, divide cupcake batter into cups or ramekins.
